Massage
Q:  Why get a massage?
A:  Relaxation; revitalization; relieve sore or tight muscles; relieve tension headaches; recovery from sports activity; general health & fitness; improve circulation; complement to other health care.
Q:  What are your concerns about the session?
A:  Modesty:  feel free to ask about the draping method to be used, and let the massage therapist know what you are comfortable with.

Talking
:  Some people prefer silence, especially during a massage for general relaxation, while others like more social interaction.

Oil:  Oil, lotion, or other lubricant is commonly used to enable the therapist's hands to slide over the skin without causing chaffing or pulling hair. Inform the therapist of any allergies you may have.

Pain: Discuss any pain you might be feeling with the therapist before the massage.  Give feedback to the therapist during the session. The more massages you receive, the less likely you will experience post-massage soreness.
Q:  How long of a session should you have?
A:  Massage sessions generally last from 1/2 hr to 1 1/2 hrs. The amount of time depends on the purpose of the session, your time and resources
Ionic Detox Foot Bath:
Q: What makes the color of the water change?
A: The water color changes due to the chemical reaction of the metals and minerals from the conducting rod, the tap water and your body.
Q: Who should have an Ionic Detox session?
A: If you work in an environment where you are subject to chemicals or fumes; if you drink,smoke, or take prescription medication; if you eat fried foods; if you have high blood pressure or cholestrol; if you have regular headaches or mood swings; if you have liver problems; if you would like to lose weight and burn fat; if you suffer from insomnia,chronic fatigue or depression.
Q: Are you putting electricity in my body?
A: No.  The power supply delivers a low level direct current to the array. This causes metal within the array in combination with water to generate positively and negatively charged ions by separating oxygen and hydrogen in the water.
Q: Is this safe for everyone?
A: Yes, We have not found any adverse effects, however we will do not recommend clients who have a pacemaker inserted in their body to have a session.
Q: Does this cure medical problems?
A: Not necessarily, however through regular body cleansing ailments can be partially or fully eliminated. The benefits you feel will make it all worth while.
Q: How many sessions are needed? and how often?
A: . Our sessions are 30 minutes long.  We recommend once or twice a week  for the first month, then periodic sessions afterwards depending on the cleints wishes and needs.  The time between sessions is needed for the body to draw large amounts of toxins out of the cells, perform it's natural evacuation process through the liver and kidneys, and resettle.
